A builder
on your side.
Your goals come first. We help protect your budget, talk through the tradeoffs, and stay focused on the details that make your finished space something you’re proud of.
Built on Handshakes, Not Fine Print
TH Builds started when Harrison and Tommy realized they shared the same vision: Idaho families deserve builders who care as much about their homes as they do. What began as a shared passion for honest, detail-obsessed craftsmanship quickly turned into a company built on handshakes, trust, and results that speak for themselves.
Today, we're a tight-knit team that still operates with the same principle: treat every home like it's our own. We've grown from basements to full custom builds, but the personal touch hasn't changed. When you call TH Builds, you talk to the people who will actually be working on your home.
We're not the biggest builder in Idaho, and that's by design. We'd rather do fewer projects exceptionally well than spread ourselves thin. That focus is what our clients value most.
Every Decision Speaks Volumes
Every detail, every finish, every timeline decision—we approach each home with intention and well-founded care.
Family First
We understand what home means because we're building them for our own families too. That personal stake shows in every detail.
Partners, Not Contractors
We don't disappear after signing a contract. We're your advisors, advocates, and collaborators through every decision.
Craft Over Shortcuts
We'd rather take an extra day to get it right than cut a corner you'll notice in two years. That's just how we're built.
The People Behind Every Build
We're not a faceless company. We're neighbors, parents, and craftsmen who take personal pride in every project.
Harrison Funk
Harrison brings energy, honesty, and a genuine love for helping people to every client relationship. A University of Idaho graduate with a background in construction sales, he understands both the technical side of building and what matters most to homeowners. Harrison is your first point of contact—he listens closely, asks the right questions, and makes sure every project starts on the right foot. When he's not meeting with clients across the Treasure Valley, you'll find him exploring Idaho's outdoors.
Tommy Gall
Tommy is a construction professional passionate about building science, longevity, and superior craftsmanship. He brings deep knowledge of materials, methods, and best practices to every project—ensuring that every build isn't just beautiful, but structurally sound for decades to come. Tommy leads our crews on-site with precision and care, treating every home like his own. His commitment to quality is what sets TH Builds apart from the rest.
